I saw the event website via Instagram and was then directed to the website, where I purchased two tickets with refund protection for the Lights Festival for the date was set for October 5th, 2024. The day before the event I went to check the details of the event and saw that they had changed the date to October 19th, 2024. They sent no updates via email, till after I submitted a complaint. Once I saw they moved the date, I requested the refund as we are no longer able to make the date. Since then I've gotten no update on refund status. I've made two refund requests and have sent emails. This has been nearly two weeks.
