I placed an order for a $45 pair of shoes with this company 04/03/2018. Exactly 14 days later my order was still processing. I got back on the webiste to get contact info and there is only an email listed. No adress, names or phone numbers for customer support. I sent an email asking when my order would be shipped and did not receive an answer for another 7 days. The email i received stated that the company was backed up on orders and that my order would be shipped no later than 05/03/ 2018. I answered the email asking for my order to be cancelled and my money be refunded. It is now 05/30/2018 and i have not received an answer to my email or the item purchased even after sending multiple emails over the past 2 weeks to the company. I also found their facebook page and tried to contact the company that way. I have since reported their facebook page as fraud and the page has not been taken down. There were multiple complaints on the their facebook page from other customers that have not received their orders or answers to their emails concerning those orders.
