This company poses as a US company as well. The website looked legit so I ordered an mp3 player for my daughter with headphones. I received the item and it was absolute cheap Chinese garbage. Nowhere on the website did it say it was incompatible with Mac products but it’s tiny letters on the box it said it only works with windows vista. I called and emailed them, they “accepted” my return and then told me I had to pay for the return shipping TO AN APT IN ITALY. Total joke. It would cost me more to return it than than it was worth. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

What a crap company to deal with. Item (walkie talkie didn’t work). Instead of offering technical advice, they refused a refund on item telling us that warranty on product is only for 1 month! Is that even legal. We bought the item in October 2023 and had it wrapped for a Christmas present. So by the time child opened it supposed warranty expired. Then when we finally negotiated a replacement we were told we would only get one if we changed our negative feedback on trust pilot. Talk about bribery. To then only be replaced with walkie talkies that don’t work with the others (we had bought multiple ones for Christmas with no issue working with each other). So now we are back at square one being told we won’t get a refund, nor a replacements so tired of dealing with this company, it’s been 3 months now and I am sure they are just hoping I will go away. Just feels like I am talking to a robot….perhaps I am!

An absolute nightmare to deal with. Waiting on an MP3 player that was a Christmas present for my son and was not sent with my original order .. customer service is abysmal, running rings around me and offering no solution until finally a week ago I was told a replacement has been sent, but when I asked for tracking info I was told by “Millie” that she would have to ask the relevant department… an absolute sham of a company. A massive disappointment. Consumer affairs it is.

I ordered the giant jelly balloon, which burst after a few minutes playing on the lawn. The videos on the companies website of kids playing with it are misleading as it certainly does not live up to those expectations.

It is not clear why they do not charge in AUD, there is no mention of USD on the confirmation order, etc.

Very shonky! DO NOT BUY from this company!

Naturally you expect to pay $50 AUD for a toy offered at $50. However these people will stealth charge you in US dollars. There is NO WAY - and I've just been through the process again to check - to know this until you see the inflated number in your credit card statement. At no stage is any hint given that this isn't Aussie dollars, there is never any country of currency denomination shown.

This is either incompetence or deliberate - you can decide. In my opinion it is beyond belief that failing to include the currency anywhere in the payment process then charging in USD while pretending to be Australian could be other than a deliberate decision intended to mislead and scam the buyers.

The delivery times are also nonsense, expect 3x while it makes its way from China.

I ordered a smart watch for my grandson for christmas which I have not received and which cost more than the advertised price as it was taken out of my bank account in american dollars. I was provided with a tracking number from canada post which told me the package was delivered. I called Canada post to advise them i had not received the package when they checked my address I was told it had been labelled incorrectly and delivered to the wrong address and that I would have to contact the company. Unfortunately the company is choosing to ignore the many emails I have sent them and they do not answer the phone. Customer service is non existent. This company is not what it advertises.

This company tries to deceive you into believing that they are a US company. They are not! Everything is coming directly from China. Because it’s coming from China plan on close to 3 WEEKS to receive your product…when you’re checking out on their website they mislead you by saying 3-5 business days to receive your order..NOT! My name puzzle arrived with the wrong name so then I had to wait another month for the redo followed by the extended shipping time from China. Terrible! Find a US company and order from them.

Excited by this company's stellar advertising site and the fact that I found the exact type of children's camera I had been seeking, I place two consecutive orders. All of the reviews on-site were five stars and although I can usually tell a scam I had no red flags in proceeding with these orders. So two orders in to a tune of $387 dollars right before Christmas and as soon as my first item arrived I knew I had made a big mistake! The item was so cheaply made I was sure the packaging cost more than the item. I then tried to cancel the rest of my ordered products and was told they had already shipped. I wasted time trying to work it out with the company. Although items were shipped to me from New York, my instructions to return read like a black-mail letter. I had to take pictures of my merchandise, send to rep and then wait for approval. Once approved I had 48 hours to provide tracking number to them, after sending to an obscure address in Italy. The USPS rep looked at my box and address and told me that if I paid the $65 to send it, I would lose both that $ and the value of the box contents because it wasn't going anywhere. I left with the box and filed disputes with my credit card company. Three line items were dismissed quickly by them but the 4th representating about 1/2 of my total cost was allowed to stand even though company sent fraudulent documents. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Placed order 12/7/2022 and website said ships in 3-7 days. It arrived 21 days later on 12/28/2022 from a country of unknown origin. The children's toy was sent in the box it is sold in. No additional box to protect for shipping. Came damaged. Took photos and contacted Little Learner's within the 14 day period. They said they could give me a 10% credit on a gift card for future purchase or 5% credit back to my card. The quality was horrible.

From their website re: returns. I followed these steps.

What if I need to return something? Can all items be returned?
All items, with the exception of underwear/lingerie for hygiene reasons, will be accepted back so long as they meet all of our returns terms and conditions and a returns request is submitted within 14 days of receipt of delivery.

How do I return a product?
If the item you have bought is no longer required, you can return it within 14 days following the delivery date providing that the product has not been used. Please contact us here and we will instruct you of how to begin the returns process.

What are your return terms & conditions?
The team does not bear the direct cost of returning the goods. Please note that returns can sometimes take up to 15 days to reach us. If you return a product without the return form, the refund may take longer. The corresponding refund will be made once your return is received. Please also note that only products in perfect condition and in their original branded packaging (alternative appropriate exterior shipping packaging can be used) will be refunded. The refund delay depends on your bank and may vary.

Returned orders remain under the responsibility of the customer until they arrive back at our returns address. We will not be held liable for any loss or damage to the parcel during transit to our returns centre, nor will we be able to provide any assistance with tracking the parcel before it's arrived back with us.

I ordered a toy for my grandson, gave my AMEX information, and it was charged to my AMEX account. I never received it. I did receive emails telling me that it was on the way and it was being looked in to until I notified AMEX-then all communication stopped. AMEX reimbursed me-but I wanted to let others know of this scam.
