Do not fulfill subscriptions and ghost you when you want followup

Purchased a quarterly loot crate series for my son, they shipped all but the last box which was being delayed over and over again. Initial inquiry about it got responses, but soon the responses changed to "check the delay FAQ". The ETA on that FAQ continued to be pushed out further and further until it was removed from the FAQ. No item shipped and no responses when contacting them. They take your money and ghost you.

I got a subscription from this company for my wife as a gift. We to this date have been charged for 4 boxes and have received 1 over the span of 2 years. As well they will not allow us to remove our credit card information from the account and when contacted will give us the run around saying they'll send it next week, the warehouse is backed up, etc.

I have seen similar experiences on multiple websites. There's even a facebook group dedicated to all those who have never received their orders.

Please help.
