Never ever order from Lucky Bark. They have taken my money and others money I see from these reviews with no product and cannot get our money back. Ridiculous! It wasn't a lot of money, but I'm sure they are a little richer with everyone else's money now. Requested product July of 2021, now it is July 2022, no product, no money back after multiple tries to contact them.

I ordered the ball from the Lucky Bark ad on TicTok, And never did receive it. I emailed them and they said that their ad blew up on TicTok so they were out, But would be getting more in the following week, And would be shipping them out, It never came, I emailed them many times after that and got no response back.

Order # 52353897. Ordered and paid for July 31 2021. Contacted them in August. I attacked their response. At that time I stated I wanted a refund. Still nothing! Messaged several times. Still no product and no refund. DO NOT FALL VICTIM! Wanted this so bad for my crazy ball chasing puppy!

I saw an ad for the Lucky Bark ball launcher on Tik Tok and decided to buy one. Several months went buy with no response and now the website is down.

I ordered this product on August 3, 2021, after seeing an ad on TikTok. I emailed the company September 4, 2021 to inquire about my order. The reply explained that they are backlogged and working "day and night" and I was told it would ship in one week. Now it is November and I have emailed requesting a refund. They have stopped responding. Unacceptable! Absolutely disgusted and THIS is why I buy on Amazon. Never again, interworld.

i had exactly the same experience as mentioned in the other complaints. saw the tiktok ad, ordered on July 8, 2021. i sent lucky bark an email in August about not receiving the ball launcher I ordered and already paid for. I got 1 email back saying it would ship the next week. yet I have not received anything, and get no replies to my emails now.

Saw an add for a ball launcher on TikTok. Went to the website and ordered it for $14.95. I received a confirmation email from The Lucky Bark with my order number. One month later I emailed them asking when it would be shipping. Now, two months later, I still have not heard from them so I just emailed again.

Myself and others purchased a product through them. The product never came. When you reach out through email, they say it will ship or you can get a refund. When you ask for a refund they send you the same message again. Soon they stop responding. When you call their number they don't answer.

Advertising for a ball launcher. Once customer emails concerning the order status of the products, company send multiple emails saying product will ship after the weekend. I ordered in July and as of September 14 I have no product, no refund and company has stopped responding via email.
