The owner is named Steve. I inquired about a sprinkler blow out last fall. He didn't contact me until after i found someone to do this service. He sent a spam text saying someone was coming with prior agreement and then charged me and sent the bill to a collection agency. This is terrible business practice since i didn't agree to this service just was inquiring about a quote. I ended up just paying the bill but was very frustrated and he didn't seem to care. He directed me to collection agency.

We do not run a scam. The Maintenance Shop has been in business for nearly 30 years and has completed over 50,000 sprinkler blowouts in that time frame. We have terms you agree to when you sign up for service, and you are obligated to follow those terms as we are. We get a dozen or so customers each season that either didn't read the terms as they said they did, or feel they are above being held accountable. Our system has worked for the last 50,000 sprinkler blowouts and will work for the next 50,000.
