Scam run

This is a sketchy online business. I purchased a mattress from them. I didn’t see any reviews for that mattress and brought it up. However, Pete appeared knowledgable. Had issues with the quality of the mattress and when I complained. The whole nice salesman routine went out the window. He became nasty rude even called me names. This is not how you treat customers. Basically saying go [censored] yourself.! Who does that?. I told him I will take this up the line he seemed unbothered because it appears he is the only one in the office. This is a rip off I would strongly suggest to look elsewhere save your money. This is a waste of time and money. I will be reporting them to BBB. When I demanded some sort of compensation he became verbally aggressive. He is a total basket case. Better off going to Big name brands. I also believe many of his reviews on his blog are false. It doesn’t allow you to post your comment I tried it something with the setting. This way all their posts are positive. Total fraud. Run!

I think this individual is selling discontinued, used mattresses via a sketchy blog. I reached out to him to inquire about a mattress, and when I did an online search based on his recommendation, it was discontinued and there were no reviews. When asked if he could point me to product reviews, he told me it was my job to find the reviews myself. (There are no product reviews, and it’s been discontinued per manufacturer. They are not making the mattress anymore.)There is also a no return policy. I also found a complaint from another buyer saying that Peter Cancelli sold him a mattress with a hole in it, and then refused a “return.”
