Letter from Madrid, Spain

I received a letter in a unmarked plain envelope that I had won $4.85 million that needed to be claimed by Feb 28th, 2022 or it would be returned to the Ministry of Economy. To make it appear realistic it had a US Government seal. I was asked to contact Dr. Andrew Gazar with a foreign phone number and email address. I would had to go to Madrid, Spain to pick up my winnings or pay a fee to my government for diplomatic delivery to any part of the world.
