Received a "final Award Notification" that I won the Spanish lottery. The letter is dated 2/17/20 and is signed by "Elizabeth Garcia", General Secretary and even has a "US GOVERNMENT APPROVED" stamp with a Washington DC address (1630 Connecticut Ave., NW, Suite 500).

I knew it was a scam because foreign lotteries are illegal, so brought it (and the envelope it came in) to the ScamPulse.com's office. It is postmarked Cabo Ruivo Lisboa - which is Lisbon, Portugal.
