The National Enrollment Center Reports & Reviews (1)

On Saturday I googled how to find health insurance and a pop up appeared asking for my name, email, and phone number. I entered my info and I instantly received a text asking me to set up a phone appointment. I scheduled the appointment and a representative named Jasmine from The National Enrollment Center called me. She quoted clear and detailed comparisons of the insurance options I had available. Option 1: First Health PPO, Option 2: Pacific Source, Option 3: Kaizer Permanente, Option 4: Obama Care. She gave me deductible prices and copay prices etc. Jasmine explained how this was a live quote and if I didn't choose a plan then the prices would change the next time I called back. She said that I could cancel or upgrade my insurance plan in the next 30 days and she gave me a Customer Service Number if I needed help. I decided to go ahead and pay for the insurance First Health PPO plan and she said that it would be $341.00 per month. I accepted the offer and then gave her my SSN, bank account number, date of birth, address, and my son's name. She sent me a docusign agreement on my phone which I signed. Jasmine then explained that an email would be sent so I could set up an online account and print paper copies of my insurance cards, and she reassured me that my official insurance cards would be mailed. She also gave me a member #. When we hung up I instantly checked my email and I did in fact receive an email from The National Enrollment Center. On Monday I called the Customer Service Number and was told my information was being worked on by underwriting and I would have to call back in 48 hours to cancel.
