Victim received a letter and check from "The National Lottery" and Check in amount of $4,986.60. Victim new that sweepstakes & check were bogus and did not proceed with scammer requests to deposit check and forward the money. Additional letter info: The National Lottery: United Kingdon: P.O. Box 251, Watford WD 18 9BR, UK, Vancouer: 409 Granville St., Vancouver, BC V6C 1T2 . . . November 23, 2017 . . . Check is to cover your taxes owing to the United Kingdom Government, as we are not a USA Company and will be deducted directly from your winnings. . . Fraudulent claims that I won 2 million pounds sterling in the UK's National Lottery.  However, the contact information in the uploaded notification is NOT that of the REAL National Lottery.
