Ordered a ring form my wife approximately March 7th. After numerous emails, requests to cancel, and claiming the item had shipped, moving only several blocks at a time around the area of Chicago O"Hare airport, I received an item that in no way was the item described on April 26th. In the meantime I filed a dispute with PAYPAL, TheNeednecklace refused to give me any refund process to return the item until I cancel my dispute with them.
