Publishing scam - book printed and stilll sold by them - refuse author contact requests

I have been trying to get any kind of response from New Leaf for the past two years regarding the 3-volume book entitled Damatio Memoriae whose covers they designed, which they first published in 2019 and which they continue to promote and sell on sites such as on Bookshop.org, etc.
Other literary entities tell me that the book is selling well, but I have not had a single report from NewLeaf, let alone any royalties. All my emails to Alex Wolf and Kelsey Saldana, my traditional contacts with NewLeaf, are blocked. Have they left the company? Just what is going on?
There are reports that New Leaf LLC is a scammer, and quite frankly, their total silence regarding my book makes me wonder. I have copies of all emails exchanged, including one that says I was paid royalties earlier and my reply that all checks with my bank show that nothing was deposited. How can I stop NewLeaf from selling my book?
What can I do to solve this problem and should I have to get my attorney to look into this matter. Thank you.

they promised me book re brand of my two books, : "Intensity" by C. M. Stricker and "Miracles are Real" book by C. M. Stricker (Myself / author ) and also free book marketing of two of my books for $1,470.00 and I signed their company's proposal agreement and months later they stopped all contact and emails and disappeared from any communication and no product/ or books available or produced for me. /
