This company advised of a money-back guarantee if you are not satisfied. I did not agree to a subscription service, I was under the impression I was doing a one-time purchase as this was a gift for someone else, not a box for myself. I was shocked to see they charged me over the weekend for another 6 months ($50 more than I originally paid for the first 6 boxes). When I reached out to them to cancel and get my money back, they informed me that the services are prepaid before boxes are shipped and thus non-refundable. That did not make sense to me because if you are making me prepay before you send anything, why would this company not be able to refund my money and not send me the boxes? I have no desire for these boxes, my friend informed me that a lot of the boxes had similar if not repetitive things and are not that impressive. This company has refused to refund my money and said they will still send me the boxes. They mention online they offer a money-back guarantee but that is a complete lie. They will not refund your money and have no desire to make things right with it's customers.
