The website used The North Face logo when I ordered. They indicated they were The North Face Company. When I printed out the order it showed The North Jacket. There was no way to cancel the order. When the merchandise arrived it was on 12/23/23 (a Saturday) and there was no information on how to contact the company. The garments were very cheap looking with one having a fake furry lining that came off and made me sneeze. Both garments were completely unacceptable. I am unable to contact the company and return the items as indicated on the website. I was billed at my credit card company on 12/24/23 and the payment was pending. I put a hold on the payment and reported it as fraudulent.
