Ordered coat on the northface via social media site which was on Facebook placed order for $52.95 total received confirmation email money was taken out of my bank account emailed to find out what was going on with order was sent tracking but after checking it said it was shipped another week goes by still never received tried checking tracking but not page doesn’t exist sent numerous emails no reply but now email address didn’t exist never got my money back or the product I ordered
