They advertise an Octoplush buy one get free for $29.99 USD so I purchased one on December 24 in blue colour expecting I will receive two plush toys, on December 26 I purchased my second plush toys and of course pay another $29,99 in different colours so I was expecting I will receive 4 plush toys all together from my first and second order took two months for shipping to deliver it was supposed to be a gift to a friends daughter for January receive them second week of February and worst I only receive two which is my first order in blue colour I didnt receive my second order in yellow and orange colour. When I contact them they said that I already receive all of them which is NOT TRUE! I only receive the blue one. So disappointed I spend $60.00 and get riff off.

I ordered 2 necklaces and neve recieved then I am out 34.06. The they say got to starfish which isn't even a website.

Saw the ad on facebook. Purchased two necklaces September 11. Order confirmation September 12. No update for a few weeks so contacted support. Have been emailing back and forth for over a month. Every email says sorry for the inconvenience and be sure it will arrive in the next few days . It most definitely didn't. Then received a fraud alert on my credit card ( same one I used for the order) for $900 and some odd dollars at some electronics store . Threatened to blast on social media, report to ScamPulse.com and dispute credit card charge. Then received a tracking number, 2 weeks past and there is still no tracking information available . They said it takes 2-5 days to update tracking information but it still has no info 2 weeks later. This is a scam.

I heard about this supposed "store" as a targeted ad on Instagram and ordered a custom t-shirt online with them. I received a confirmation email and tracking number saying that it would take 1-2 weeks to process the order and then it would be shipped. This already sounded suspicious. I consistently followed up with them via email on 5/22/19, 5/31/19, 6/5/19 and finally on 6/11/19. I initially received responses from someone called "Rita" with no last name. They kept saying they were sorry for the delay in the order, there was a technical issue with the tracking system, and "rest assured, your order is on its way and you will receive that in the next few days." I also tried calling a 745 number on their website and it was not in service. The 855 number also listed on their website only allows you to leave a message, which I did and did not receive a call-back. After my last response on 6/11/19, I've gotten radio silence. They don't even tell you which courier service they use. When you go to "track my order" on their site, they give you an estimated time of delivery, which in my case was June 8-June 17. I still have not received what I ordered and probably never will! I'm reporting this so that no one else becomes victim of this scheme.

An ad from The Octopus Store popped up on Facebook and enticed me to check into the website further. I then purchased a Rare Clock from this website for my son, on November 17, 2018. I had no idea that this product was coming from out of the country at the time of purchase, until I received the tracking and shipping information. I knew that it may take a few weeks to arrive at my address, so I waited patiently. On December 5, 2018, I noticed that the item had still not left China. On December 16, 2018, I decided to email them about the delay. They assured me that it was just a glitch, and after a system reboot, I would be able to see the updated tracking information. No such luck, no updates information was available. On December 24, 2018, I emailed them once again. Tracking information was still in China, so I requested a refund. They sent me a standard apology letter with no comment on ANY refund in process, and still assured me my package was still on it's way. On December 28th, I found a phone number on their website and decided to give them a call, as my emails were not receiving any response as to the refund I requested. The operator came on and said that this number cannot be completed as dialed. Frustrated, I tried the number several times and received the same message. I then emailed the company back again, and once more requested a refund. Once again, a standard message stating that it was on it's way with no remark for a refund. It is now January 9, 2019, I still have not received said item nor any refund from this company. I am at a loss at what to do. If nothing more, I hope this complaint gets out to everyone to be wary of purchasing from "The Octopus Store".
