I purchased the 5 necklace diffusers with the extra money for quick shipping on December 6. I have emailed and called the customer service phone number and email listed for this company with no response. The money was taken out of my account, I have submitted emails via Facebook messenger, however the site blocked me since I was asking them where my purchase was? Please do not order anything from the Oil Box, its a scam they are a fraudulent company just scamming people for their money.
