I purchased a puzzle from this company in late February. Having understood their Covid delays, I knew it would take a month or so for this to arrive. However i have emailed a few times, there is no phone# on their website and i have not heard back or been communicated with in any way. This item still has not been delivered and it's May 2, 2021. Do NOT order from this company.

I ordered four puzzles in the first week of November 2020, spending over a hundred dollars. Though I understood everyone is facing delays due to COVID, they expected six weeks before shipping - which seemed extreme compared to all the other companies I have purchased from, but I understood. After eight to nine weeks, I had not even heard from them regarding a shipment so I emailed them. I received an automated response. I emailed again after ten weeks saying that I would begin putting negative reviews and complaints if someone did not respond to me. After another week, I received shipment notification. The link for the tracking they sent is also garbage - and notes that the label has created but that this does not indicate that USPS has actually received anything yet. This status has been the same since the second week of January and it is not mid-February.
This business should be shut down and not allowed to run. Once I decided to put this review in, it seems that there are dozens of other complaints and poor reviews expressing the same concerns. They are scamming people. It is not right and during this time where people are facing financial difficulties and simultaneously relying so heavily on online purchasing, this so-called business should not be permitted to remain up to catch more hard-working honest customers and cheat them.
DO NOT purchase from them. You will be wasting money. At the very best, you will wait over six months to receive any item, you will get poor to zero customer service, and from what I’ve read on all the hundreds of other complaints and bad reviews I found on the Better Business Bureau once I began putting my own complaint in - if you do receive the puzzles, they will be super poor quality anyway. Let’s see if I even reach that privilege if these items ever come.

MONTHS ago in the doing I orders a puzzle for $60 from this site, got a confirmation email but that’s it.

I’ve tired contacting 3 times and get the same email reply back. I can’t even got into my “ account “ on the site.

Yes I play the Hexa puzzle game and I completed two games one of 50.00 and the other 100.00 and I have not been paid yet and now the puzzle I am on is not giving the correct blocks to connect I also applied for a paypal card and have not heard about that or recurved it I play these games everyday and I feel like it’s a spam and false advertising

I purchased a puzzle on April 15th 2020. Received a conformation email and payed for it in full $50.27. I requested a refund and they said they couldn't do that. They emailed me a second tracking number. Neither of them exist! It is now August 23rd and I have yet to receive my product. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS SITE. Lesson learned.

DO NOT BUY! I'm in New Zealand. We ordered a puzzle on the 21st July, our credit card was debited the same day. Since then we've had no communication from the company other than an automated response from "Samantha" who is clearly not a real person. I have followed up several times to no avail. My Mother also ordered a puzzle in June and never heard a thing, she is now battling with her bank to get money back. Sadly many of us have been caught in this scam which has taken advantage of the Covid situation and an increased interest in puzzles while people are stuck at home. Frustrating and disappointing.

I ordered puzzles in March! I received an email that they send them on March 31. Unfortunately my card was charged, I never received the product, I get no respond from the costumer service, there’s no number to call. This is definitely a scam and I can’t believe I fell for it. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!

Ordered a round wooden puzzle in April 2020...what I received isn't even close. Additionally, I don't believe the pieces are wooden, as advertised.

I ordered 6 jigsaw puzzles from a company called The Original Puzzle back on Sunday, April 19, 2020. I spent over$200 with a virtual MasterCard and finally today, received only 1 puzzle, which isn't even similar to the ones I ordered.

There is no contact other than email and they don't respond back to you.

The original puzzle company is a fraudulent scam. They never sent the products that I ordered, and overpriced puzzle. I ordered the product when coronavirus broke out in March received a confirmation of my order letting me know that it might take up to a month to receive my product. Obviously that time came and went and now we are in July and I have yet to receive the product that I paid $50 for with shipping and handling in total. I have reached out several times to their customer service, by which they even give a specific person's name pretending that there is somebody attached to their customer service department. I never once received a response back from an actual human being. There is no phone number to contact this company either. I have done some investigation via Reddit and other sharing platforms and now it is made apparent that many people have been scammed by this company. Some people I read did get contacted saying that their product is on the way and they cannot get a refund because of that. Those people said they also waited over two months to receive said item and then never received their puzzle still! This company needs to be shut down they need to be blasted on social media for stealing people's money.

I ordered puzzles in May. I have not received the product nor have I even received notification that the product has shipped. The company does not respond to emails. There is no phone number to reach the company. I’m surprised the company continues to send daily emails showcasing their products. I notified my credit card company yesterday and i will unsubscribe once I’ve received confirmation from my credit card that the charge will be permanently reversed.

I spent $40 for a puzzle made of wood pieces . I did receive a puzzle in 6 weeks nothing like the puzzle ordered - paper thin pieces hideous colors - I written them 4 times with no response- I have received plenty advertisements for “puzzles on sale“

I made a purchase in early April, I have sent about 5 emails regarding my purchase. I received an automotive response the first time and never heard anything after that. It was over a $50 purchase.

I placed an order on May 7th 2020, on May 8th, I received a generic email from them about COVID19 causing delays. On May 11th, I reached out via email to get an update and did not get a response. On May 19th, I reached out again via email, and asked to cancel the order, never received a response. On May 21st, I receive an order update stating that my item has been shipped and in the email it shows a China Tracking number. On their website it shows that their office is in New York City (9th Floor, 100 Church Street, Manhattan, 10007) and there is no phone number. All the sudden, it is coming from China (which is not normally a problem, I just needed it sooner than later and this would take too long). Also, the contact number that PayPal has is out of service (Company is listed as MagicToytruck 844-987-1265). They never responded to me. I sent my dispute to PayPal and they were able to investigate and the result was in my favor. It took almost two months. But I want to warn others. They will take your money, not respond and you may never get your item. I would never deal with this company again.

My situation is exactly like the others reporting on this website. I ordered 2 of the puzzles from Original Puzzle in mid-May, total amount was $64.91. The money was taken out of my bank account on 5/19/20. I received the same email as some spoke stating that their shipping processes had been slowed down and halted in some cases due to the Covid-19 situation, but they had my order and it would be one of the first shipped as soon as the shipping companies resumed their work!

I never received an invoice, confirmation email or anything to prove I had made the purchases with the exception of the Covid-19 generic email. All I have is the deduction from my bank account. I truly wish I had done more checking before I ordered from this scam company.

Since I purchased with my debit card, I don't think there's anything my bank can/will do. I will call them on Monday.

I placed my order on April 15th and received a confirmation email.
My credit card was charged the next day.
I received an email on April 22nd stating they were working on my email but that they were running slow do to the number of orders that had been placed.
I received a shipping notification on May 20th with tracking information but it was not a real tracking number.
I contacted them through an email that was very difficult to find on June 7th. No response. I will be contacting my bank today to refund the payment.

Ordered a item and months later never received it, was sent one email saying it was out for shipment with a fake order number. Tried numerous times to contact the company with no response. No other way to get my money back.

I too am having a problem with my order places in April. It is now June. No response to email, and of course there is no customer care phone number. Will be calling my credit card company to refund the charges and report this company as fraudulent.

I had the same problem so I called my bank and explained it to them and they refunded my money.

Order #7972 for 1000 piece puzzle placed on April 12th.

On April 19th, I received an email from this company stating they are working on my order and may be a delay.

On May 5th, i received a tracking email stating the shipment is on it's way - ePacket tracking number: ************* that links to this website: https://track-chinapost.com/

On May 13th, I emailed to check in because there was still no tracking info on the link provided and still said on the website,

"Your order is confirmed We’ve accepted your order, and we’re getting it ready. Come back to this page for updates on your shipment status.

ePacket tracking number:*************"

On May 20th, I sent a follow up email because I still have not heard back or see any update to the status. I also requested a full refund since this puzzle is clearly not ever making it to it's destination!

I received a dropship email from Zendesk stating they apologize for delay and gave me the tracking number again.

On May 21st, I sent another follow up to this email (legal) along with Newsletter and Info @The OriginalPuzzle.com emails.

I emailed the complaint also to the following emails:

I started looking at their social media channels and realized many people are posting about how they have been scammed by this company.

The total amount they charged me was $46.91

I bought a puzzle as a gift so was very disappointed when it did not arrive. They asked for patience because they were busy. Another week went by I sent an email asking if they have any idea of delivery date. No response. Days later I sent another email asking where it is. No response. Sent a request for a refund as advertised on their website. No response. But I get many email ads from them offering sales and discounts. If I didn't get one product, why would I order more?
Received nothing from them. No response. No product. No refund.
