"The Painters" company advertises that they will provide professional painters and 100% satisfaction guarantee of their work. The flyer also stated that Each painter paints approximately 375 square feet, in which equates to2-3 rooms on average. Based on my specified repairs, the dispatcher/ manager informed me that I would need 4 painters for 8 hours $700. I had a 9am appointment but the crew did not arrive until after 10am. At 6:00pm three crew members had packed up and were sitting in the van. Upon mu inspection I realized that I did not have a single room completely painted. I contacted the office to convey my dissatisfaction and dismay, I was told that they would call me back. I also informed the supervisor of my concerns and they became aggressive and argumentative.
