Numbered high-quality cotton canvas was not sent stretched on a wooden frame. DID NOT RECEIVE WOODEN FRAME>

Only received 3 paint brushs, 2 thin and 1 medium, DID NOT receive 1 Wide

DID NOT RECEIVE Varnish to add brightness and preserve the finished painting

DID NOT RECEIVE Easy-to-follow instruction guide.
I ordered on 4/6/2020 and finally received a package on 5/15/2020

They list 2 email address's:

I have written many emails to both and have NEVER received a response.
I guess I should be glad I received the paints and the canvass.

I believe this site is a fraud, but it requires a little backstory. A few weeks ago, I purchased a paint by numbers kit from a site called "www.originalpaintbynumber.com" and quickly realized they were a scam. They promoted overnight shipping on their site. Weeks later when my order hadn't shipped, I emailed about my concerns. Their site also says they refund any order within 30 days. I asked for a refund and they refused. Their website claimed they were based in NY. Finally, my order "shipped" but from China. Now, that website no longer exists, and I have received an almost identical marketing/promo from a new company called The Painting Kit (www.thepaintingkit.com) - a site that I have never heard of, nor visited before. This site is also selling paint by numbers kit, and claims they are based in Los Angeles, but their address is not valid. The address does not show up on any maps. I believe this is the same company that has just re-branded to steal money from more people.
