I saw a foldable dog pool on an Instagram add and was directed to "thepawpool" page. From there I visited their website and bought a pool on sale for $60. I immediately got an order confirmation. About a week later I received a shipping confirmation. However no tracking was provided and when I clicked "view your order" I was directed to a page that said the URL was deleted. After several weeks of waiting for my item, I emailed customer service and immediately got a return email saying that domain did not exist. After digging through their Facebook page a little I saw a commented that this is a fraudulent company.
