Over one million Gaza children are currently enduring some of the harshest traumatic conditions in the world, with hundreds injured, and thousands more made homeless. They have limited access to clean water, electricity, and adequate health care. For over thirty years, PCRF has been on the ground providing a variety of direct humanitarian aid for thousands of sick and injured children in the Gaza Strip. These include sponsoring hundreds of international volunteer doctors and nurses each year to treat thousands of sick and injured children and train doctors in local hospitals. PCRF has also sent hundreds of injured children outside for free care they cannot get locally, many of them victims of gunshot and war injuries. We also run a variety of urgent humanitarian relief and sponsorship programs that help thousands of children there a year get medicine, food, and other care, such as our Gaza Mental Health program for traumatized children, our amputee program for children, and many others. Finally, PCRF has built the first pediatric cancer department for children in Gaza, which we opened in 2019.
Your donation is 100% restricted to provide medical and humanitarian aid to injured and sick children in the Gaza Strip based on their needs. PCRF does not discriminate in any way based on nationality, religion, politics, or race.
