This person was suppose to sell me a teacup poodle which I paid for and never received. The transportation company that he was using I could not get anyone on the phone and the number was not a working number. Elite Courier is the company he was supposedly used. He could always talk to a person but I couldn’t. This scream of scam to me. This person name suppose to be named Bill. I have requested my money back and he keep declining my request.
