Attached to this email is an official talent release contract, Kindly review and revert back. we will instruct further as soon as we receive signed agreement and invoice (Invoice To: The Persson Foundation), also include your business address.
Unfortunately, we can not share our roster or any names at the moment due to the ARTICLE 14 on our contract, However , we have decided to share the names of all collaborators with other clients on the 20th of May 2020 after all editing and compilation.
As regards payment, Mr Persson owns a trust fund in California (U.S) which is regarded as 501(c) (3) (organization/corporation/trust which are exempted from federal income tax). All payments will come from the trust account.

The Persson Foundation and its representatives shall keep any information obtained about Speaker/Talent in the course of commercial Services hereunder confidential, including, without limitation, any conversations or communications, actions, business plans and strategies, marketing plans, techniques, technology, trade secrets, financial information, legal information, original works of authorship, or otherwise(the “Confidential Information”).The Persson Foundation understands that the above list is not exhaustive and that Confidential Information also includes other information that is marked or otherwise identified as confidential or that would otherwise appear to a reasonable person to be confidential or proprietary. The Persson Foundation understands that improper use or disclosure of the Confidential Information by The Persson Foundation might cause the Speaker/Talent to incur financial costs, loss of business advantage and liability under confidentiality agreements with third parties, civil damages, and criminal penalties.
