Received a voicemail from Michelle at The Processing Center about "my federal student loan". She said I qualify for forgiveness of all or a portion of my loan, but she needed me to complete an application. She called from 332-330-3802 but instructed me to call her at 888-805-3802 to complete the application ASAP. She also stated it was "urgent" that I called her back that day (07.01.22). Just for fun I called the number on Tuesday (07.05.22) and I man answered. I wanted to see what information he would give me about the business. He told me he needed to know the outstanding amount of my loan, but then hung up on me because I didn't provide it. When I tried calling the number back to see if I could get more information about them, I got a recording saying the number was no longer in service, and I got the same recording when I called the 332 number. Clearly a scam. Wish I had more information to share.

I received a voicemail from "the processing center" stating that I qualify for full or partial student debt loan forgiveness and it gave a number to contact them as soon as possible to apply. This is a scam. I did not reach out to anyone in reference to debt relief furthermore, "the processing center" is not the name of an actual organization.

Caller said she was "Julia with the processing center regarding federal student loan." She claimed my application for student loan forgiveness is "incomplete". She said to call immediately since there were a limited number of people eligible for her offer.
