On 3/01/2021 I placed an order for a box of hard to find cigars from this website. They requested one form of payment as PayPal and to be sent as a payment to "friends and family", instead of the regular purchasing form of payment. I sent the payment to **********************, which is an email address out of the US. I did receive an email with an order# and request to send screenshot of payment to expedite shipment.This was done, but no further info was sent by them. I attempted to get info on shipment, and did receive email responses, but they were asking for info they should already have. Such as order amount, and tracking number. They responded twice and have not replied since 3/4/2021. No product was received.
