Purchased Hoka tennis shoes on their website.. No tax charged, no confirmation email, no phone # or email address to contact them. You can only send a message on their website which they do not respond to. Their website still says my payment is pending 3 weeks later. Luckily I took a screen shot of my order # before exiting. My credit card company has reimbursed me.
