I currently run an Instagram weight loss account. They contacted me via DM and offered their running bracelet at a discount. I communicated with someone named Sarah who gave some background on the company. I thought their products were cute so I chose one, used the discount code and paid for it. That was Feb 26, 2019 and today is March 15, 2019. I immediately asked when it would ship after I purchased but didn't receive a response. I asked about it again a few days ago, nothing. I sent an email as well as another DM with no response today. I checked the comments on their IG page and multiple people commented that they never received an order or even a response as well. I will be making a claim with my bank. But I definitely want people to know about this scam.
