I have been an avid fan of this site since their launch, and have loved their products. Now, this company has become despicable. i ordered an item for close to $700.00. at checkout they informed me that shipping was going to be 65.00 seemed a bit steep, but i agreed to pay it. i finished the transaction, they charged my credit card, and then took my money, and sent me a confirmation and delivery date. two days later i get an email from them that they had reconsidered this shipment and wanted an additional $450.00 for shipping! Ultimately, this means they lied, tried a bait and switch, falsely advertised, broke a signed and sealed contracted deal, and then tried to strong arm me into paying several hundred percent over the agreed upon price. i am horrified, will never shop here again, and will present this issue to every consumer advisory and advocate group i can find. i am also looking into a ScamPulse.com complaint, if anyone else has had similar issues please reach out to me. i believe that this is ultimately illegal, and it needs to be brought to light and people need to be warned. i will NEVER shop here again, and all other buyers should steer clear of this corrupt company!
