I hired SXXi SXXh with The SiXXXXXXXX Group Realty - Property Management Company. The first tenants he placed ended up vacating the property after an eviction process had been started. The tenants punched holes in 4 inside doors, broke 3-4 window blinds, broke the glass on the oven door, and broke the back door frame by kicking in the door. Once I was told the tenants moved I went to the house and took pictures of all the damage. I paid for all the repairs to be completed before a new tenant was placed. The middle of July 2016 a new tenant was placed in my property. I went to the house on February 14, 2017 to meet the new tenants and was appalled to find the same broken window blinds, the back door had not been fixed, the oven/stove had not been replaced the oven door was still broken. And even though I paid for new doors to be put in I received crappie used doors with stains and marks all over them, and one door was just patched instead of replacing it. The new tenants have a little girl who is almost 2 years old. She is walking and could easily touch the oven door, without the glass on the door it's just metal, making it super hot to the touch. If the little girl was to touch the oven door the way it is she would definitely get 3rd degree burns. SXXi SXXh and the Management Company are evil people to rent an unsafe home to someone especially someone who has small children. And even though I had the right to fire them - giving them a 30 day notice - they refused to turn over the tenants deposit. Now their stealing money from the tenants deposit to pay their management fee of $100 and $115 to mow a small yard in the end of January 2017. I know for a fact they never mowed the lawn because it was super tall and in need of mowing when I was there only two weeks later. I was scammed out of $1,400 and still had to pay someone to make the repairs so my tenants would be safe. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!
