I received advertisement regarding this seller via Facebook and once I clicked their link and ordered from them, they never updated my order past awaiting shipment even though their policies state 5 to 7 days for shipment after payment (payment was made July 30th and I requested a refund Aug.26). When I contacted the company regarding their lack of fulfilling the order and shipping out there was no response. I attempted a second time to contact the company with no response. I then contacted PayPal, the third party in which I processed payment through for protected purchases and requested a refund. PayPal then allowed the seller to change the refunded amount requested and issue a partial refund even though I never received any items nor any updated shipment information on items on their way. PayPal then tried to tell me that I requested only a partial refund, when I have photographic evidence of a requested full refund amount. PayPal allowed the seller to alter the amount refunded. I had to ca in to PayPal and demand a full refund. Today 9/6/21 a full refund has been requested again. PayPal is falsely advertising buyer protection and The Skull Jewlery is a fake site scamming customers, selling non existent products, failing to communicate, and keeping consumer money.
