I ordered a slimming strap on August 13 I have not received nothing I sent an email to [email protected] which is their customer service email and it came back saying that email address does not exist. I am now thinking this is a fraud and I am never seeing my money this is so disappointing..

Just as everyone here.. I placed an order. Was taken for 24.98 and received nothing. Filed a complaint with the BBB and have blasted their “customer service” email. What a scam! I should’ve known better but lesson learned.

They provided me with a tracking number which on their site says it’s invalid and does not exist. I ordered on April 10th, 2020 and I still to this day have heard nothing from the company even though I’ve sent multiple emails to their support address, messaged them on Facebook and Instagram multiple times I also have not received anything. This company is a scam, a fraud that is nothing but lies and just takes your money! I’ve lost out on $24.98

This business is advertising on Facebook and Instagram. Order for 2 products was made on May 15, 2020. Recieved notification on May 17, 2020 that the order had shipped, and would take 8-15 business days to arrive due to COVID-19. Never recieved order, never heard from customer support regarding order. No phone number provided.

Ordered and paid on May 16, 2020, credit card charged, never received order confirmation or shipping information. sent two emails in two weeks to inquiry on the order and received no replies. Finally disputed my credit card charge on June 7. They're scammers, and promoted by Facebook, don't buy!

Company states it is ScamPulse.com accredited, also states it’s in California not over seas from China but after receiving my tracking number which on their site says it’s an invalid tracking number number does not exist I went to another tracking site for a similar product by another company and found the tracking number works on that site but states it’s coming from SHENZHENG,China. I ordered on May 2nd, 2020 and I still to this day have heard nothing from the company even though I’ve sent multiple emails to their support address, messaged them on Facebook and Instagram multiple times I also have not received anything. The last tracking information I could come up with from the other company’s site of a similar product says item was in Hawthorne, California on 5-19-2020 abs is awaiting item by USPS. This company is a scam, a fraud is nothing but lies and just takes your money! I’ve lost out on $24.98

SCAM SCAM SCAM--Ordered The Slimming Strap off Facebook on April 28. As of May 31, no product has arrived. There are literally hundreds of similar complaints in several online forums: Money is received but no product ever arrives. I will also be contacting South Carolina's AG, the BBB and the Senior Ombudsman's Office.

I purchased an item March 20, 2020 I received a text & email confirming my purchase. I later received a tracking number for my item. Check the tracking and it said not found. I waited for a few days and checked again, it said not found. I emailed the company and they quickly responded on March 29th that it takes about 8-15 days. So I let time pass and I messaged them on April 30th and sent two emails and have yet to hear from them.

Saw a Facebook ad for the product and it was on sale so I decided to try it. They sent me a tracking number in a good time frame, but when I checked the tracking their onsite attacker said it didn't exist. USPS tracking claimed it was "picked up by shipping partner" but after nearly three weeks it still hasn't been updated. They have responded to none of my emails or Facebook complaints. Further research found several Facebook pages with the same information and many angry comments from other customers who never got their orders. A few who had shared the shipping address the item came from, and it was traced back to a gas station in AZ, when the company is supposedly based in San Diego, CA.
