I received a phone call from a number with my local area code . it was an automated message asking me to do a short survey for a chance to win a $200 gift card . It asks all kinds of medical questions. Yes or no answers.At the end it sends you to an operator who then tells you you have qualified for $100 gift voucher for Walmart, Target, or Walgreen's,and $50 resturant voucher. Both free as our company thanking you for your time and answers all you need to do is pay via credit card $4.95 process and shipping and handling. ... If it is free why am I being asked to pay to receive it? When I asked to speak to his manager he refused and said he could handle this call. His name was Shawn Clark. He said his company name is Smart Shopper out of Phoenix, Az. The phone number used is (850)270 2862.Shawn was very rude and interrupted me very often . After asking to speak to his manager more than 15 times he finally got someone else on the phone repeating what Shawn Clark just said. When I asked for the manager what his name was I conviently got disconnected. When I called back I got a different guy his story was gift cards not shopping voucher. He hung up on me after insulting me.
