Ordered shoes they took my money and now it won't give me my shoes

I paid $197 for shoes through the sole line and they said that my card was denied. But there was $197 charge to my card through a company that is advertised on their website. So I want to get my money back because with covid-19 and gas inflation and everything else going on in the world $197 is a lot to just lose for no reason

I ordered a pair of sneakers from them. I even paid extra for faster shipping. After 2 weeks, I emailed them to say where are my sneakers and that they did not give any tracking information. They apologized and sent me a fake shipping tracker and said that my shoes were in NY, but it has now been another 2 weeks and I have not received my shoes yet. I emailed them again to ask for refund and I never heard back. They are scammers.
