I ordered a Dash Away Sleigh in-line from The South Adventure November, 6, 2019.

I NEVER GOT THE SLEIGH. I READ REPORTS, LATER, OF MANY PEOPLE NEVER GETTING THEIR MERCHANDISE.

THIS BUSINESS IN A PURE SCAM. PLEASE SHUT THEM DOWN!!!!

The scammer has multiple products for sale on their website. When I purchased an item it was never delivered. I sent them numerous emails and have not received any replies about shipment or refunds. The phone number for the business is also disconnected. I also noticed this website already has numerous complaints. This website should be shut down

Never received item. I placed an order with Thesouthadventure in late October and have made several attempts to find out where my $250 order is. I keep being told it’s held up in customs. Guess I can chalk that money up as gone. My bad. I should have checked first. I’ve been informed that the company address does not exist and phone number never answers. Found out site may be linked to Panama. Sent emails every two weeks checking where this Christmas present was. Never received. On last check on December 2 I received the following answer:

Your order is on the way. However, it is still being stuck in customs. We are also very anxious because a lot of customers suffer from this condition. If any of the information is updated we will contact you immediately. We are working hard to contact our delivery partner and solve the problem.

Thank you for understanding and really sorry for this delays.

I ordered a Christmas sleigh for a centerpiece on my table on November 9th 2019. I got an email that they had my order. They ran my card through immediately! It is now December 5, and no sleigh! I tried the call this business, The Southern Adventure and the phone number is fake. I want others to know not to lose money! The sleigh was $117.00. I’ve told my credit card company about the scam!!

This website is a scam. I placed an order on 10/6 and still haven't received anything. Didn't even get a confirmation email; only reason I have my order number is because I took a screenshot after purchase. Emailed them multiple time to get status and they would reply, be patient, your order will ship by end of week and you'll receive email with shipping information. Also the "emails" from customer service are red flags; has Vietnamese or something on parts of email (Vào Th 5, 17 thg 10, 2019 va`o lu´c 10:06, for example). Another email had response copies and pasted with weird highlighting. I am beyond mad. Don’t even know if I’ll be able to get money back because it’s been almost two months since order; hopefully the website gets shut down somehow.
