Place is a joke. Ordered my products in Feb and still nothing. Reached out to them by email since the phone number doesn't even work and I got excuses and then a fake tracking number. Ordered a sunflower ring and a keep f××king going necklace. I attached pics to show

I ordered a matching sunflower pants and tank top about a month and a half ago. I had been able to get on the website the whole time until i just received my tracking number. I just tried to get on the website and it now says the store is no longer available. BIG TIME SCAM

I purchased a Jeep Girl sweatshirt from an ad I saw on Facebook. It was from The Starfish Store. I bought it through paypal. I purchased it in early January and as of the end of March I still.havent received it. I've emailed the customer service listed in on my emailed recite and I keep getting told they are sorry I haven't received my purchase and they have a team working on it. When I go directly to the website it is no longer an active website and when I call they storea phone number I found here on ScamPulse.com site the number is no longer in service. That was $47 of my hard earned money that they stole from me.

Ordered an outfit February 19th is now March 28th. I was told they lost my package in the mail and updated with a new package to be delivered March 27th. Still nothing. Now the website has been taken down. No more starfish store.com at all. This is bullcrap.

Straighten your crown sunflower necklaces x2 order was 34.85 had the same thing happen to me...I ordered necklaces for my daughters jan 30, still havent received ,,, the first emails I sent were answered , now nothing! Beyond pissed..phone number is diconnected!

Ordered a Jeep jacket November 4, 2019 for my daughter for Christmas. Did email them with a few responses apologizing and that they were working on the issue and even later received another email saying it was shipped AGAIN! And still never received it...and now they will not respond to any of my emails! So beyond furious...money doesn't grow on trees! SO DISAPPOINTED!
