I ordered a pregnancy pillow through this company on August 13. I reached out in September letting them know I never received any shipping information, and they responded with letting me know they'd be shipping it within 24 hours. A week later, still nothing. I reached out again, and they gave the same empty promise. I then reached out 2 weeks later, with no response. 2 more weeks later, I reached out and they said they'd send one my way and they had it in stock. This was on Oct 21 that I received a tracking number for a package. Well it is now 2 weeks later and the tracking number still shows USPS has not received the package.
