The phone call went directly to voice mail. The number that I was requested to call 380-245-5975 and ask for Crystal Lopez differed from the call origination number of 470-335-4724. The scam was offering help in reducing or eliminating back taxes.

"Hi this is Crystal Lopez from the tax center my number is 380-245-5975 and my computer shows you have some back taxes out you're now eligible to get them eliminated with the complete tax forgiveness program any previous balances may be reduced or even forgiven to this program but we do need to file it for now so give me a call back and we can set you up it only takes a few minutes I'll keep your account open for the next day or two my number is 380-245-5975 if you've already handled this call back and press two to opt out thanks..."
