Ordered fragrance from this company, received the "pseudo" tracking info that eventually said it had been delivered; attempted to contact seller via email only to find the email address given was not legitimate. All of my correspondences were bumped back. I never received the merchandise. What's disconcerting is the "validation" on the website indicating that it is trustworthy. This is definitely a scam.

Scam website with nothing instock, fake everything.

Prices are too good to be true, scam.

Uses Shoplazza Inc to setup up a scam storefront.

Paid with Paypal at least. As soon as I realized it was a scam website and reported to Paypal, full refund issued.

I ordered coffee maker (Mr. Coffee) on dec.22-2022...contacted when item is to be shipped (no reply); followed up with email ((no reply); 2nd email asking them to please respond to my emails texts phone calls etc (no reply); checked their website daily/repeatedly to check status of my order re: (shipping) as noted in the photo indicates (Not Shipped). TO DATE THURSDAY FEBRUARY 2ND 2023... I NEVER RECEIVED ANYTHING FROM THIS MERCHANT FROM DECEMBER THE 22ND 2022... I HAVE NO RECEIPT NO TRACKING NUMBER NOTHING INDICATE SHIPMENT HAS TAKEN PLACE NOR DO I HAVE THIS ITEM MR. COFFEE-COFFEE MAKER. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM THERE'S NO WAY TO CONTACT THEM TO DO NOT ANSWER REPLY TO THE PHONE CALLS, DO NOT ANSWER REPLY TO THEIR EMAILS, AND DO NOT REPLY OR on All occasions or attempts of mine. I do not have possession of this Mr coffee coffee maker, the merchant has falsified the cell and indicated I had gotten the item which I have not to respond to theirs to complaining dispute of mine about their handling of this situation. Merchant center reply to this complaint or dispute falsely stating the tracking number was issued which it was not, verification of their sending me an email confirmation which I never received. I've talked to PayPal and synchrony Bank who filed a dispute on my behalf. On January 1st 2023 the Madison resolved in the credit was issued to my Paypal account. Since that time the merchant was given credibility to the sale and synchrony Bank placed charge of $76 back to my Paypal account. After speaking with the representative of synchrony Bank about the matter on Wednesday, February 1st 2023, the customer care team member needed additional information from me to verify my claim that clearly shows I haven't received a n y t h i n g from this merchant E V E R, THE CLAIM OF MINE THAT CONTRADICTS THEIR BOGUS POSITION THAT THEY DID IN FACT SEND ME THE MR COFFEE COFFEE MAKER. I INTEND ON CONTACTING THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU TO HAVE ON THE RECORD THAT THIS MERCHANT THE TEA SCAPE IS IN FACT A SCAMMER!

I purchase a product (coffee maker) from the tea scape which I never received (original purchase day was December 22nd, 2022). I have as yet received any kind of merchandise from this company or merchant up and until this time the 03 day of February, 2023. They have falsified all information related to this case, and submitted as such a charge of $76 to ********* Bank, an affiliate for PayPal account of mine. They did not reply to any emails, text, or phone numbers in an attempt to find a tracking number for this product, and all delivery information for shipment of product. The status shown on merchants website indicates that the product has "Not Shipped" effectively taken today's date, 02-3-2023. I reported that this is a scam, and note to that I also contacted the BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU about this merchants tactics and/or failure of delivery of product (again I do not as February 3rd, 2023 have this product in my possession... The information supplied to ********* Bank has been falsified by the seller. I've asked ********* Bank to reverse charges of $76 back to my Paypal account as the merchant has not been deliverable on his promise. The tactics used again by this seller merchant is a lie of the worst kind. Michelle has been noted time after time is being a scammer it's depicted in the reviews for the tea scape. The email name used by this merchant was z h o n g z h o n g o, charge on the PayPal account shows alternately a name of t u m b l e c a t. I've from beginning to end transaction was a scammer & made note to the merchant I would like to cancel the order and again no acknowledgment of theirs was ever RECEIVED.

There is no way to contact this "company" They take your money and send nothing. The phone number goes to voicemail with no greeting. No one ever answers. E-mail never returns. Phone：928-719-6277 | [email protected]

Ordered tea, paid and got a confirmation. Paypal indicates the payment went to Taras Kravchuk.
No other information. I attempted to contact the store but no answer. Checked the address and found a house belonging to a woman of a different name and appears to be employed as a nurse.
I suggest everyone scammed contact the New Jersey Attorney General and file a complaint with the consumer protection department.
The Tea Scape is a scam.

Ordered tea, received a message the order was received and no further communication.
No product was delivered. Attempted to contact Tea Scapes and got message unable to contact.

The Tea Scape claims the items I purchased were picked up. I did NOT receive them or pick them up. I did a tracking search at USPS of the tracking number supplied and it said it was picked up at a postal facility. However, when I contacted USPS directly by phone to find out who signed for the package, they said my mailing address - and it was set up with a po box.... which I do not have. The Tea Scape was given my address of ** *** **** ****** ********* ** 11787. I went to the USPS and they confirmed that this is a mail fraud scam. I have filed a Fraud complaint with the USPS Inspection Service. And I'm filing a complaint to the ScamPulse.com so no one gets scammed by this company.

I made a purchase online at theeascape.com for a bottle of supements on 8-1-22. Upon check out the only option for payment was paypal from the PayPal screen there was no option to choose for goods/services or for friends/family. Unfortunately it went through as for friends /family to a Michelle Kizer. Upon completion of payment via PayPal a reciept was to be emailed to me. No reciept recieved. I did get 2 emails from theteascape.com asking me to complete my order. At the time the emails were recieved I notified PayPal and explained the situation and asked them to cancel the payment. I was instructed by PayPal to give the company 3 days to send the reciept and a tracking number. If I still haven't received anything then to call back. Still not receiving anything from the tea scape on 8-4-22 I contacted PayPal again and was told there was nothing they could do and I would have to contact my bank and dispute the charge. I immediately contacted my bank and started the dispute. I also sent 4 emails to [email protected] explaining everything providing photos for proof and never recieved a reply. I called the phone number listed under contact us at different times over a week spam with no answer. I've sent messages through PayPal to Michelle Kizer with no reply. I've attempted to email Michelle Kizer at the email provided to paypal and domain does not exist.

Good looking website. Bought a Rubbermaid product and sent money. No product. No one answers phone or emails so I guess I got scammed.

Ordered an item, waited for it to be delivered, did not arrive, contacted seller twice with emails with no response, called phone number with only voicemail and no response. Went to website and inserted order number and stated order not shipped although there was a tracking number on Paypal. The item was supposedly delivered the same day as other packages that we actually did receive. Informed my mailman of the situation and also the timestamp on delivery was not the same time as the other packages that were actually delivered on the day of supposed deliver. He looked into it and stated that he did not return to our house to redeliver any additional items that day and that the tracking number appeared to be a scammed tracking number. I was not aware there was such a thing but scammers will do anything to avoid actually having to earn a living, so I guess that's really not too much of a surprise. Due to the fact that the item never arrived and the tracking number looks suspicious and add in that the seller has zero response to my inquiries, I believe this is a scam website or at least a business that does include some scamming in their operations.
