On March 9, 2022 in my search for an iPhone replacement, I came across the web site https://www.thetechkwizard.com that had a great price ($100 lower than other sites for an iPhone SE 2020 model). I called to inquire and spoke to someone. He did not answer the phone as one might expect from a reputable and professional business but rather as an individual (he simply said something like, "hello?" as if it was a surprise that I was calling the number).

Anyway, it felt a little uncomfortable, but I took the chance and purchased online the product by CC for $250.00. The site was secure (https://). I did receive an email confirming my order. On March 11, I sent a follow up email asking "Do you have a tracking number for my order?". No reply. On March 14, I sent another email asking, "Could you please give me an update on when this phone will be shipped to me?" One hour later I received a reply "It was shipped this morning; sorry for the inconvenience."

That was the last time I heard from him. Since that time I have received no communication despite a large number of phone calls, texts, and emails over the last week. I feel very uncomfortable and so I disputed the charge with my credit card company. And now I want to go after this so-called business so that nobody else will have to deal with what I have dealt with.
