I've made a purchase for a pair of black Chuck Taylors, via their website on Instagram. I asked them repeatedly for the tracking number of my purchase, they didn't give me one until yesterday, when I used the tracking number on the website in regards of my purchase, it said the purchase doesn't exist. I ordered these shoes on March 3 and it's March 28th. I didn't receive a notification of delay or anything. At this point, I don't even want the shoes anymore, I just want the refund. I've contacted them about that as well and still no response. I believe that I might have been scammed, but if that's the case, I'm okay with being the sacrificial lamb, so nobody else gets scammed like I did. They've currently blocked me on their website.
