I ordered a tapestry back in February during their so-called “liquidation sale” when they were supposedly shutting down. I was told my order would arrive within 1-4 weeks, but after just under two months I was alerted that it arrived as a “dead letter”. I tried contacting the company and received no response and have not received a refund. I was charged with no merchandise arrival for over six months. Just recently they’ve claimed to have opened back up and their email stated that if anyone was still missing an order to reach out to them, which I did. I have not received a response from that either. It says exactly “If you are still awaiting on an old order, please reply so we can ship it immediately!” I also keep receiving supposed gift cards that promise 75% off any tapestry and “applies to all order sizes” if I order within 24 hours.

It's a runaround site to get your billing info. They don't ship anything and just continue to say that'll ship if you wait in hopes that you forget or giveup. Ordered over 4 months ago still nothing. Oh they sent a DHL # that miraculously can't be tracked once in DHL's hands, from Denver! ? I've notified DHL as well and they are not happy someone is giving them a bad name.

After I purchased the tapestry, it still hasn't come after 2 months. I have tried to call their support line, but it always goes to voicemail and they haven't called me back. Their website mentions that they offer refunds but I have had no such luck getting one. As a matter of fact, the email that I recieved from them seemed to be a copy and pasted message with no real meaning. They include customer reviews on their website which I trusted, even though they are all 5 star reviews. When I later checked for reviews on the internet, I found that many people have been scammed by this company. On their website, they claim that they have a "high quantity of orders" but I think that that is just part of their scam to get people to wait for an order that will never arrive.

I ordered 3 tapestries from them on April 18th. I was told it should take 1-4 weeks to ship. Upon checking to see if my order has shipped several times. I am being told they have 1,000 orders going out daily and that mine should send soon. They say due to Covid 19 it is taking longer then expected. I told them I want to cancel my order and get a refund. I was told they would not give me a refund cuz it's been longer then 48 hours. I just now asked them when my items would ship and was told my order had been prioritized which it what I was told last week. They now offered to refund me 8.95 for the shipping cost. My original total was 52 and some change. They are a scam I can only communicate with them through messenger.

Ordered a product from them on 4/16/20. They sent me a confirmation email, saying that the order had been placed, and that I will get another email from them when it's been shipped. Shipping in 1-4 weeks. It's been over 4 weeks, I have not received the product, or any notification that it has been shipped. They have not returned any of my phone calls or emails. They did, however, take the money out of my bank account the same day I placed the order.

I saw an ad on Facebook that this company was going out of business, and therefore was selling its merchandise on sale. I bought three tapestries from their website on February 28, 2020. On April 9, 2020, I emailed them to check on the status of my order, which was estimated to take 4-5 weeks to ship. I received a response from "Christie" that they are a small business of less than 10 employees and the coronavirus was affecting order time. They estimated my order would ship out in the next 3-10 business days. They also said they would not cancel my order as they only allow 48 hours from date of purchase to do so, and I would have to wait until the products were received before I could request a refund. On April 17, 2020, I emailed them again expressing my concern for the legitimacy of the company and the status of my order. They responded on April 19, 2020 and apologized for the late order and gave an entirely different estimated time for orders this time. They said they had alerted the manager about my order and would get it shipped as soon as possible. Today, April 23, 2020, still no additional information, so I started doing my research on the company. Their Facebook page, "The Trippy Tapestry", doesn't allow posts or reviews, the oldest post available is from March 17, 2020. Comments are largely just people inquiring, and many angry reactions. I dug deeper and could not find anything on them with BBB, and found MANY bad reviews of people having the same experience I did on Trustpilot, AliExpress and other websites. This place needs to be shut down. How do I get my money back?
