Notified by text, indicated that the text was from a high school classmate of mine. stated how this organization had helped them. Indicated thos program was help for persons disabled, self employed, retired, unemployed, pay taxes and working individuals. Indicated they had received $90,000 and it's not "refundable." Encouraged me to apply for this program and asked if I wanted information as to how I could apply. That is when I shut the interaction down and threaten the person sending the texts. Communication ended.
