I ordered two sets of lashes 2 weeks ago and received the confirmation email. They were supposed to send another email when it shipped but I have not received it. I have emailed their customer support twice, sent two messages through their website and written to them on facebook messenger (which says that they respond immediately) and I have yet to receive a response. Upon further research, many people have had the same problem.

Saw an ad on Facebook for magnetic eyelashes, and thought they looked interesting. I ordered a pair and waited and waited and waited for my order. I received NO shipping details and no one would answer my many, many emails and messages. I finally threatened to contact ScamPulse.com and they sent me a tracking number for USPS and it doesn’t even work. I don’t expect to see my order ever but I really don’t want anyone else to give these people their money and make the same mistake I did.

I ordered 2 pairs of magnetic lashes on Thursday, October 26th. The money was taken out of my account on October 27th. The website says the product will be shipped within 2-5 business days. I contacted them by email asking for a refund (since it hadn't shipped yet) on November 1st and no response, messaged them on Facebook and no response. I have emailed and messaged them many times since then and have gotten no response. Complete scam. I even searched the reviews before I purchased. I didn't find any bad reviews until after I purchased, of course. I would either like my money back or just some information on when I will be getting my product.

The website says orders will ship in 3 - 5 days. I've been waiting weeks. I email and facebook message everyday. Online they have a customer support chat and answer your questions until you mention you're an unhappy customer. Say goodbye to your money with this company and don't expect your items to ever arrive.

The are scamming hundreds of people with their literally FAKE lashes! You purchase from them online and then never receive your order. They have turned off their reviews on Facebook to prevent people from telling the truth and they delete comments all the time due to people trying to inform others of the scams.

I ordered magnetic lashes from The Urban Lash on Oct 23 and paid expedited shipping ($13.26 for it to arrive Priority Mail, 2 business days). The product was supposed to arrive 2 days ago but their website tracker shows the product hasn't even been shipped yet. Contacted them via live chat on their website (they don't give a phone number and the address on the website leads to a warehouse). Chatted with 2 agents since the screen froze on me during the first conversation and I was forced to leave the page. Both customer service agents, who never give you their names, give you textbook answers such as "the product is in high demand" and "we will update you soon" - I have transcripts of the conversations. When I asked for a refund of the expedited shipping fee since the promise wasn't delivered, one of the live chat agents stated that someone in accounting will contact me. This person never says when, how or when is my product to arrive. After doing some digging on Youtube and Facebook, I noticed several other women wrote on the comments that they have never gotten their product either.
