got a call claiming that i owe a bill from the us diagnostic center. the lady was very rude, stated that i owe and that i need to pay. i never have anything to go to collections. so i knew something was fishy. hung up with them and call my doctors office and they confirmed that i never had a bill from the date they were claiming. so i knew it was a scam. called them back and they were even nastier trying to get me to talk about this "bill." asked them what was the name of the doctors office and they stated that they couldn't tell me because it was patient confidentialty.
