Engine trouble was to pay $100 dollars deductible and they want me to pay $4200 dollars to tear down engine. They had escalade for 6 months now. They refuse to keep me informed about vehicles the only reason I found out is because I called to see why they are taking so long. Vehicle been in shop every month since purchased. The brakes were seized up. Had to replace brakes brackets and calipers and rotors and brake shoes. Cadillac floor emblem wouldn't work since day one and reclining rear seats don't lay flat since day one. Tyler Owen is who I contact and is in charge of my vehicle. This has affected my health. I would never purchase a vehicle from valley Cadillac again. Went to check on vehicle and it's dead ( battery ). And extended warranty wanted me to comply with valley Cadillac or the car won't be fixed and they are sticking to it. Also contacting attorney general about the matter and taking to news team.
