I ordered a necklace off The Vanilla USA 3 weeks ago and it never shipped. I returned to the website to see that it was deleted. Do not fall for the trick. Do not buy anything from them and make sure you always find some reviews before purchasing things online.

I contacted a "Lisa" at one point and she claimed to have marked my order "Urgent" Weeks have passed and i emailed them many times and have not heard back at all.
