His methods are to delay the job as long as possible by using excuses such as supplies being backordered or moving to a new shop (in retrospect, because he didn’t pay rent and was locked out). He repeatedly would not answer my calls or texts, but would answer calls and texts from others. I have offered to work this out in any means possible, but he refuses to communicate and I am unable to find any other method of contacting him.
I am hopeful that some sort of alert can be set up that would help potential customers not be taken advantage in the way that my company and many others have been.
