During the black Friday sale ads were all over social media about this companies HTV (Heat Transfer Vinyl) being on sale for $8.95 per 5ft roll. I go in an I make a purchase of two rolls on November 23, 2018. By December 6, 2018 I realize my order still had not come so I responded to the order confirmation email from them ([email protected]) asking about my order. On December 10, 2018, Someone responded that they would check on my order and follow up with me. Now as of today December 28, 2018, I am yet to hear back from anyone, nor have I received my vinyl. I read their refund policy, which states it must be requested within 30 days, well I did that and still No response, which leads me to believe that this is a bogus company, established to rip people off. I will be disputing the charges with my credit card company immediately.
